Lunar CMS is an open source PHP & MySQL based content management system that I have written. It started off life in 2009 as ProjectCMS and in 2014 was re-branded as Lunar CMS after a period of inactivity.

Lunar CMS was written from scratch to naturally incorporate certain features that were not easily implementable into the Project CMS code, therefore Lunar CMS is a completely different program, although continuing the release schedule numbering from Project CMS.
